Private Breath & Sound Journeys, brought to your home or private space.
An immersive experience combining breath, sound, meditation, and gentle embodiment to help you and the people you love release stress, slow down, and reconnect.
Life here asks a lot of you. Long stretches of uncertainty, worry that doesn't fully leave, grief that sits quietly under the schedule, and the responsibility of holding it together for everyone around you.
You keep functioning. You keep showing up. And underneath it, you're carrying more than anyone can see.
You don't need another thing to accomplish. You need a place to pause — permission to soften, and a space where, for once, you can simply receive.
Every journey is designed to gently guide participants toward deeper rest and togetherness — not to diagnose, treat, or promise to heal any condition.
If you're feeling the weight of everything going on lately and in need of deep nervous system support, I can't recommend Ashley enough. She's an incredibly grounded, intuitive and nurturing sound healing therapist who holds space in the most gentle, powerful way. Her sessions helped me release what I didn't even realize I was holding.
What started as a relaxing session with music quickly turned into a deep, meditative healing experience. When she invited me to lie down, I felt a complete emotional and energetic release. I woke up feeling raw and vulnerable, yet refreshed and inspired. It is not a surprise to me that Ashley holds a Master's in Creative Arts Therapy — it clearly shows in her work.
I guide participants through a woven experience of breathwork, guided meditation, sound, gentle movement, deep rest, and integration — brought straight into your home or chosen space.
Invite 5–25 friends, family members, or people you care about.
Your home, a private venue, or another intimate space.
The sound instruments, guidance, and atmosphere. You provide a comfortable space to sit or lie down in.
For about 90 minutes, you don't need to organize, perform, achieve, or take care of anyone. You simply experience.
Instead of another dinner or night out, create an experience your friends will actually remember.
Mark a meaningful moment with something restorative and personal.
Create space for connection, reflection, and deep rest.
Gather the people you love and create a space to pause together.
You don't need an occasion to take care of yourself.
I'm a sound therapist and group facilitator, passionate about creating experiences that bring people back into connection.
I weave sound, breath, voice, movement, and nervous system regulation into immersive experiences for private groups, organizations, and communities. My work is grounded in the belief that when the nervous system has a chance to settle, something opens: we can listen more deeply, connect more authentically, and access our own inner wisdom.
I bring warmth, intuition, a little Miami fire, and a deep respect for whatever each person brings into the room. Nature, music, movement, and meaningful connection are woven into my own life — and into the spaces I create for others.
None at all. Every journey is guided from start to finish — you don't need to know anything beforehand, just show up.
Between 5 and 25 people, so the space stays intimate and every person can be genuinely held.
In your home, a private venue, or any quiet space you choose. I bring the instruments and the ambiance.
Just a clear, comfortable area for everyone to lie or sit down — cushions, mats, or a soft floor. We'll go over the space together beforehand.
Something soft and comfortable you can rest in — think loungewear rather than anything structured or restrictive.
Yes — most people arrive as complete beginners. The journey is guided gently, and there's nothing to get "right."
Absolutely — it's one of the most meaningful ways people choose to mark a birthday, celebration, or gathering with the people they love.
Yes — most journeys happen right in participants' homes. I bring the instruments and create the atmosphere; you provide the space to sit or lie down in.
We close with a gentle integration, so no one leaves abruptly. Many people feel settled, quiet, and lighter for the rest of the evening.
Gather your people. I'll bring the experience.
